COD 4: Remastered

Many have been speculating for months before the announcement of Infinite Warfare that it would come with a past Call Of Duty. Many were also happy when they announced that it was the first Modern Warfare. So here are my thoughts on Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered.

In my opinion it is the best game in the long-running annualized franchise, with good gun variety and maps that fit the play style of many long-time fans. The problem with the last-gen version is that it is full of hackers and modders like World at War.

However with you having to pre-order Infinite Warfare to play it, it makes it look like Activision is just trying to make some extra money along with the already existing supply drops. Truthfully they should sell it separately to get more people to play it because at this point in time they don’t want to go through the new game to play their old favorite game. The reason that it was so successful was its simplicity and its balance, to where these newer titles are not balanced and are not in any way simple. The players like me don’t like the exo-jumps and advanced movement of the newer titles and want to go back to the boots on the ground of the old games when you could do whatever you chose. The scorestreaks were limited and not very powerful so they don’t interrupt the game and ruin the experience for the player.
